Nothing! We bring the grill, propane, ingredients, plates, utensils, and sauces. For table and chair setup, we can arrange your venue's furniture for an additional $10/person (it's heavy work!). You just need a flat area of about 10x10 feet (patio, driveway, pool deck, or backyard).

Can you set up at my vacation rental?

Absolutely! Vacation rentals and Airbnbs are our most popular venue type in Santa Rosa Beach. We set up outside and handle all cleanup, so there's no mess or damage to the property.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend 1-2 weeks advance booking, especially for weekends during peak season (March-October). Weekday events can sometimes be booked on shorter notice.
